Hi mga ka-DadBuhay!

If you’re a parent traveling with kids, you know na hindi pwedeng basta-basta lang ang pag-impake. You need to be ready for anything — from gadgets, diapers, snacks, hanggang sa travel adapters!

In our recent travels — especially flying long haul with a toddler and a baby — there were a few Amazon purchases that really made our lives easier. Here’s a quick review of those products, and why we highly recommend them for your next family trip.

🔌 1. Universal Travel Adapter (All-in-One)

💷 Price when we bought it: ~£16 now ~£14.99
⭐ Rating: ★★★★★

This adapter was a life-saver. It works in 150+ countries, so whether we’re in the UK, Philippines, or stopovers like Singapore or Hong Kong — no problem charging our devices.

✅ Pros:

  • Multiple USB and Type-C ports (perfect for phones, tablets, baby monitors, etc.)
  • Solid build and compact
  • No need for different plugs

⛔ Cons:

  • Medyo bulky, but worth the space

DadBuhay Tip: Bring one per adult kung maraming gadgets kayo.

🎧 2. JoySpark Kids Bluetooth Headphones

💷 Price when we bought it: ~£25 now 16.99
⭐ Rating: ★★★★☆

Our eldest used this during the flight — silent mode sa tantrums! 😂 She loved the color and fit, and it worked well with the iPad and in-flight entertainment.

✅ Pros:

  • Volume-limited (safe for kids’ ears)
  • Comfortable even for small heads
  • Foldable and travel-friendly

⛔ Cons:

  • Battery life is good, but remember to charge the night before travel

DadBuhay Tip: Pack this in their Trunki with snacks and toys. Game changer.

🧼 3. Compression Packing Cubes – Set of 4

💷 Price when we bought it: ~£18 now 9.99
⭐ Rating: ★★★★★

One word: Organized. These helped us separate baby clothes, toddler clothes, adult clothes — and compress everything to save space. Kung may dalawa kang bata, sobrang helpful nito.

✅ Pros:

  • Saves space!
  • Easy to organize by family member
  • Quality zippers and material

⛔ Cons:

  • Don’t overstuff or you’ll strain the zipper

DadBuhay Tip: Use different colors per person or per category.

👶 4. Bramble XL Stroller Bag (For Gate Check)

💷 Price when we bought it: ~£24.99
⭐ Rating: ★★★★★

We brought our Joie double pram and this XL stroller bag kept it safe during check-in. It even has a shoulder strap so mas madali dalhin sa airport. If you are using a double pram like us this is best stroller bag to protect your pram during check-in.

✅ Pros:

  • Durable fabric
  • Fits most prams/strollers (even our double!)
  • Bright red color — madaling makita

⛔ Cons:

  • A bit large when folded, but still lightweight

DadBuhay Tip: Use this for storing other baby items din when checking in.

🍽️ 5. PandaEar Silicone Baby Bibs (3-Pack)

💷 Price: ~£7.55
⭐ Rating: ★★★★★

For feeding on the go! These silicone bibs with catch pockets are lifesavers when eating out or even during the flight. Less mess, easy to clean.

✅ Pros:

  • Waterproof and soft
  • Easy to rinse and wipe
  • Rolls up nicely for travel

⛔ Cons:

  • Can take up a bit of space if not rolled tightly

DadBuhay Tip: Keep one in your hand-carry bag at all times. You never know when you’ll need it — lalo na sa turbulence mealtime!

🧳 6. Stokke JetKids BedBox

💷 Price: ~£219
⭐ Rating: ★★★★★

Game changer. This is not just a ride-on luggage — it turns into a mini bed on the plane! Our toddler used this both as her luggage (with toys/snacks inside) and her footrest that helped her sleep comfortably on the flight.

✅ Pros:

  • Ride-on = less walking tantrums in airport
  • Converts into an in-flight toddler bed
  • Stylish and durable

⛔ Cons:

  • Medyo mahal, but worth every penny for long-haul flights

DadBuhay Tip: Practice using it at home so your kid knows how to ride and open/close it.

🚽 7. Travel Potty for Toddler – Portable Folding Toilet

💷 Price: ~£16.99
⭐ Rating: ★★★★★

Kung may potty-trained toddler ka, this is a must! We used it during long layovers, road trips, and even hotel stays — lalo na kapag puno ang CR o madumi.

✅ Pros:

  • Foldable and compact
  • Comes with disposable bags
  • Can be used as potty or toilet seat reducer

⛔ Cons:

  • Medyo hassle magbitbit, but worth it pag emergency

DadBuhay Tip: Bring it onboard for long flights — mas okay may backup just in case mahabang pila sa toilet. Even when you will go for a long drive pwede nyong dalhin.
