💬 Real Talk: Worth it ba?
If you look at it in peso, yes, it feels expensive. Pero in the UK context, this is actually reasonable. And we always say this — Aldi is our go-to for affordable but quality groceries. No frills, but reliable.
This amount usually lasts us for 5–6 days, especially since we cook most meals at home. With two toddlers, snacks and quick-prep food are always on the list.
Pro tip: Check your pantry before shopping! Meal planning and sticking to a list saves you from overspending (kahit tempting bumili ng ice cream and more snacks… guilty 😅).
